Dear All,
The Johns Hopkins Science Policy and Diplomacy Group (JHSPDG) is kicking off the first “Meetups at the Embassy” series event for the academic year. We would like to invite you to visit the Embassy of Rwanda (1714 New Hampshire Ave NW, Washington, DC 20009) in Washington, D.C., on the afternoon of Wednesday, September 11th, 2024 (3-5 PM).
This will be an opportunity to interact with members from the Embassy of Rwanda and to learn more about the development of the US - Rwanda bilateral relationship in science diplomacy.
If you are interested in attending, please complete this form(https://forms.gle/nGohptHTS9cTiEse8) by Friday, September 6th, 11:59 PM. A total of 20 JHU graduate students will be selected from DC and Baltimore-based graduate schools from the form responses. Please note that an identity check will be required for the visit. If selected, you will be notified via email with further details about all logistics.
Due to limited funding, we are not able to reimburse any travel or personal costs for the visit.
For any questions, please email Nick Zhang at hzhan155@jhu.edu.
Thank you, and we hope to see you soon!
Best,
Nick Zhang
